Located in the picturesque village of Glossa, this long-established landmark today entices with its playful and innovative take on classic Greek dishes. Instead of resting assured that the restaurant's awe-inspiring panoramic vista of the Aegean sea is enough to please customers, owner Nikos Stamatakis and his chef father Stamatis keep upping the bar of the menu's wow-factor. Just try the vine leaf-wrapped chicken dressed in a rich lemon geranium sauce (a play on the traditional dolma), or the creamy moussaka which is blended with tuna instead of minced beef, or the fragrant herbed fritters, and you'll agree. The ambience? Laid-back yet elegant enough for a special occasion.
