Fodor's Review:

Well situated in the heart of downtown, Tom-George is Budapest's answer to urban chic. The spacious bar blends blonde wood and wicker, giving the interior a relaxed yet sophisticated feel. Evenings find a young and stylish crowd choosing from the expansive cocktail menu. Minimalism at the table, though, belies exotic creativity in the kitchen. House specialties include Indian green curry chicken with naan, and sirloin goulash soup. Sushi -- perhaps Budapest's best -- is glamorously prepared in a corner of the dining room. Service is stylish and professional.

Could be in Manhattan

Good place where the in-crowd hangs out. Many travel guides rave about the place. It is good - granted - but why go to a place that looks exactly like the ones you have at home? Prices are the same as well. So, unless you want to impress someone locally, I would rather recommend the more traditional places
