$-$$, Castle Hill
Fodor's Review:
You don't have to splurge on the Hilton to stay on Szentháromság tér. This prime piece of real estate opened in 2000, making it the third hotel on Castle Hill's most famous square. The only downside is having the peak-season crowds thronging under your window, but then the quiet nights are that much more magical. Rooms have green wall-to-wall carpeting, beige wallpaper, and blue-tiled bathrooms with either tubs or shower stalls.
