Fodor's Review:
Best Western won't be winning any awards with this one. On a narrow inner-city street, the six-story Art offers great location at a cost: the lobby and guest rooms are tiny and dark; perhaps claustrophobia accounts for the reluctant front-desk service as well. With two windows rather than one, however, upper-floor corner rooms are more pleasant and worth requesting when you reserve. The area has numerous good restaurants and hopping nightlife.
