If you're looking for an elegant seafood dinner, you'll find it here. You'll also find rope accents in the dining room, colorful fish tanks in the atrium, crisp white-linen table settings and shell napkin rings. The first-rate service does justice to the food, innovatively prepared fish dishes like Caribbean tuna with spicy bean salad and mango salsa or scallop ceviche with tabouleh. All fish can be cooked to order. If plain and simple is what you like, go for the grilled branzino (Adriatic sea bass).
