At the edge of Lagan Weir, the center delves into the history of the River Lagan and the weir by means of interactive exhibits. It's a good way for children to learn about the river's history and surroundings. At night, the exterior of the building is flooded with blue light, adding to the feel that the riverside developments in Belfast have been inspired by the Southbank in London. The famous shipyard cranes, Samson and Goliath, are visible beyond.
