Main banks are open weekdays 9:30-4:30, smaller branches weekdays 10:30-3:30. Changing money outside banking hours is possible at Thomas Cook branches. The branch at Belfast Airport is open daily 6:45 AM-8 PM; the branch at Donegall Place is open from Monday through Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9-5:30, Thursday 10-5:30. You can also change bills at Travelex Worldwide Money.
