Bord Fáilte provides free information service, tourist literature, and an accommodations booking service at its TIOs (Travel Information Offices). The following offices are open all year, generally weekdays 9-6, daily during the high season: Aran Islands (Inis Mór), Ennis, Galway City, Oughterard, and Westport.

Other TIOs, which operate seasonally, generally weekdays 9-6 and Saturday 9-1, are open as follows: Achill (June-August), Ballina (April-October), Castlebar (May-mid-September), Clifden (March-October), Cliffs of Moher (April-October), Kilkee (May-August), Kilrush (June-August), Salthill (May-September), Thoor Ballylee (April-mid-October).
