A few steps from the Marina di Praia cove, this landmark restaurant is set in a rustic flagstone structure, once a dry haul for boats, partly open to the sea breezes on one side with an open kitchen on the other. Inside are country-style wooden tables, netting, and ceiling baskets, while outside, colorful boats, peasant dwellings, and the chasm's sheer rock walls catch the eye. In nearby Praiano, Alfonso also runs a hotel, where small rooms have tile floors, windows opening to terraces overlooking the gulf, and a few antique touches.
