If you want to catch your breath after a bus ride to Positano, take a quick time-out for an espresso, a slice of Positanese (a chocolate cake as delectable as its namesake), or a fresh-fruit iced granita, check out Bar-Pasticceria La Zagara. Deservedly famous for its lemon profiteroles as much as for its tree-lined terrace, suspended on a wooden platform above the Lower Town, Zagara is ideal for morning coffee, pre-dinner aperitivo, or post-dinner digestivo.
