Fodor's Review:

Music spots and bars cluster in the side streets near Piazza Tasso, among them Fauno, Artis Domus, and the Chantecler. Ask at your hotel about clubs that might interest you and to get the latest news. The main watering hole for Sorrento visitors is the Circolo dei Forestieri, traditionally packed with Americans, Brits, and Australians. Crowds begin to descend on this large villa (also home to the Sorrento tourist office) for an aperitif or beer at sunset; others arrive for casual dinner, while merrymakers hold out for the late-night band and karaoke.
