A great story lies behind this area favorite. Signora Maria was running this little waterfront trattoria between the world wars when an aristocrat came round unexpectedly to eat with the marina fishermen; Maria cooked up the best she had on hand -- spaghetti with stuffed zucchini blossoms. Through an aristocrat, the dish and the restaurant became famous. You can still enjoy it, even without a noble title, in season.
