Alberto and Claudia Giannotti have turned a former 16th-century country villa into an elegantly comfortable agriturismo 20 minutes south from the center of Florence. If you're looking for a country experience but crave easy access to the city, this place outside the small town of Impruneta does the trick. Many of the apartments look out over a gently terraced field of olive trees. (The estate produces top-notch olive oil, as well as some respectable wine.) The cheerful apartments are suitable for couples; some are adjoining, making them good options for families or groups. Unlike many agriturismi, there's no minimum stay during high season here.
