Hotel Villa Liana Review

In this hotel it's possible to experience palazzo life without breaking the bank. Steps from the viali (the outer limit defining the centro storico) but still very much within the bounds of the center, the Liana, originally a 19th-century villa, retains the feel of another era. The lobby has high ceilings and large windows; a sweeping staircase leads to the breakfast room, which has a period fresco on its ceiling. A small bar offers the makings of an aperitivo; sip it in the gazebo in the garden.
