Fodor's Review:
One of Lombardy's best restaurants is this rustic four-room tavern in the tiny riverside hamlet of Goito, 16 km (10 mi) north of Mantua on Route 236. It has been run by a single family for more than 150 years. The fish in particular is excellent, as is a Mantuan classic, frog soup.
- Keep in mind: Reservations essential.
- Credit Cards: AE, DC, MC, V
- Closed: Closed Mon. and Tues., and 3 wks in Aug.
