Villa Flavio Gioia Review

If you are eager to settle in for a while, this villa has bright mini-apartments, each with its own terrace or large balcony, and a cooking area. A private home for centuries, it retains its old charm; and the location is prime, overlooking Piazza Flavio Gioia and the town's landmark parish church, and a hop, skip, and a jump to the Spiaggia Grande. The small garden, which hosts exhibitions by local painters, is a pleasant place to chill out as you watch the tourists and Positanesi trekking down to the beach.

    Villa Flavio Gioia Review

    The location is the best in Positano!!
    I have stayed here twice. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. I stayed at other 4 star hotels in Positano before which didn't compare to Villa Flavio Gioia. You don't have to hike up the hill to get to your hotel. Shops, restaurants, dancing and the ferry is right out your door yet its far enough away to be quiet...an oasis in the middle of everything! It has amazing sea views, you can watch the weddings at the church, its exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated and the staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you out with your arrangements.Not having a pool is not a con when the beach and amalfi coast is right outside your door.
