In antiquity the site of some of the most celebrated oyster beds and fish farms, Lake Lucrino is now the setting for this stylish restaurant, which treats cooking as one of the fine arts. On your way in, admire the aquarium brimming with crustaceans of all shapes and sizes, and if overwhelmed by the choice of seafood consult the waiter or even Antonio, the experienced sommelier. For a primo piatto with a difference, pamper yourself with the tagliolini alla Sofia, with its garnish of lobster, cream, and cheese.
