Fodor's Review:
Once the most famous restaurant in Naples, Sacrestia has suffered a bit from the stiff competition that has developed over the last 10 years, though Woody Allen still eats here when he's in town. Marco Ponsiglione continues his father's work in modifying traditional recipes, which can be enjoyed from the superb terrace perched above Mergellina's harbor. For starters try the risotto with baby squid or the pasta with shrimp, artichokes, and olives, or, if you're feeling regal, the bucatini alla Principe di Napoli, whose pasta is ennobled by an abundance of un-Neapolitan truffles.
