Tucked away on a quiet side street leading to Piazza di Spagna is this midsize hotel with two spectacular rooftop terraces that provide fine views of the whole area and guest rooms furnished in true Roman style: with beautiful antiques, wooden fixtures, rich colored fabrics and bedspreads, and long flowing drapes. Rome's most comprehensive English-language bookshop, the Anglo-American, is directly across the street. The hotel also has apartments to rent for those looking for something a little roomier.
