Hotel de Russie Review
A ritzy retreat for government bigwigs and Hollywood high rollers, the de Russie is just steps away from the famed Piazza del Popolo and occupies a 19th-century hotel that once hosted royalty, Picasso, and Cocteau. Famed hotelier Sir Rocco Forte gave this dowager a face-lift, with Soho-hip, Donghia-style furnishings and that mod minimalism that seems to depressingly prevail in Forte hotels worldwide. Almost compensating for this is the hotel's most prized possession: the spectacular multi-terraced garden courtyard, visible from many guest rooms, and its sharp Le Jardin de Russie restaurant. When not lounging on their plushy terrace, VIPs can be found at the world-class spa or sipping prosecco poolside.

Refined Roman Style
For those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, there's no better Roman oasis than the Hotel de Russie. Lounge in the magnificent terraced garden while sipping prosecco; unwind with an Ayurvedic massage at the world-class spa; dine al fresco on innovative dishes from a renowned chef. Without a doubt, these experiences, along with Hotel de Russie's strategic location on the exclusive Via del Babuino and stylish rooms that overlook the Piazza del Popolo, have made Hotel de Russie a leader in luxury lounging.
