Fodor's Review:

Rumor has it that Capricci di Sicilia, in the heart of Palermo next to the Teatro Politeama, is the best place in town for cassata siciliana (sponge cake with sheep's-milk ricotta and candied fruit). Only typical Sicilian specialties are served here, such as tuna with garlic and mint, sardine polpette (minced sardine balls) in summer, and spaghetti with sausage and fresh ricotta. The place is a bit impersonal.
