Cascina Zeledria Review

Although the majority of meals in Madonna are taken in resort hotels, Italians consider an on-mountain dinner like one in this remote, rustic refuge to be an indispensable part of a proper ski week. In winter, you'll be collected on a Sno-Cat and ferried up the slopes (you'll hike up in warmer months). After the 10-minute ride, sit down to grill your own meats and vegetables over stone griddles; the kitchen-prepared mushrooms and polenta are house specialties. Call in advance to reserve a table and arrange for transportation.
