Osteria alla Piazza Review

Relax amid vineyards on a countryside terrace with one of Chianti's most spectacular views of the vineyards in the valley of the River Pesa. Enjoy the sophisticated menu: the girasole ai quattro sapori, a giant vegetable-filled ravioli flavored with fresh tomato sauce and a few drops of cream, arrives at the table looking much like a girasole (sunflower). For pistachio fans, the raviolo con pistacchi di Bronte, ragù e nocciole (pistachio ravioli with meat sauce and hazlenuts) is a must. And certainly, try any of the delicious desserts. It's in La Piazza, 15 km (8 mi) north of Castellina.

    fabulous meal, fabulous location

    My family had Sunday Lunch here last October. We were a party of 6 adults and 1 baby. Everything was great.We all agreed it was one of our highlights of a great trip.
