In the center of Rio Marina sits this breezy restaurant. Seafood takes center stage: specialties include ravioli scampi e asparagi o calamari (stuffed with large shrimp or squid, in light asparagus sauce) and saffron-perfumed catches of the day. The frittura di paranza (mixed fried fish) is crisp and light, and the involtini di pesce spada (swordfish rolls) melt in your mouth. Book ahead in summer, as it can get very crowded.
