An improbable array of books, pots, jars other paraphernalia greets you as you walk into this tiny wine bar. The owner, Assunta Palmioli, is keen to help you try interesting wines from the Montefalco region and the rest of Umbria. She prepares simple but tasty dishes that you can eat in the tiny dining room or outside during the warmer months. The shop also sells olive oil, truffles, and other local specialties.
