Fodor's Review:
As the stone arches inside indicate, this space once served as the stables of the palace that now houses the Hotel Bosone. The menu includes a two-mushroom salad with truffles; risotto with porcini mushrooms, sausage, and truffles; and leg of pork. The garden, open in summer, seats 200.
