If it weren't for all the other tables around, you'd think you were a guest at the home of Signora Irma, who has been making bread and pasta since she was a teenager. The generous primi piatti, which include dishes such as tacchino farcito d'uva (turkey stuffed with grapes) or stewed wild boar, may leave you little room to go on to the secondi (second courses). If you prefer, share a dish of her light-as-a-feather gnocchetti or tagliatelle in a goose sauce, and save room for the simple desserts.
