Fodor's Review:
What in the 16th century was a private palazzo is now an intimate and romantic inn. Minutes away from the bustle of San Marco, Colombina is on a quiet side canal. Many of the rooms, all with deep bathtubs and most with dramatic Murano chandeliers, face this canal; at night, all you can hear is the lapping of the water. There's an ample breakfast buffet, which you can supplement with extras (such as scrambled eggs) à la carte for an additional charge. The stellar staff provides the perfect complement to this enchanting spot.
