    Venetian Jewelry

    Passing through St. Mark's Square in Venice last weekend I couldn't help but notice the gorgeous jewelry in the windows at La Coupole. I stopped by to browse three different times so as to avoid impulse buying. But I kept migrating back to a couple of pieces that I eventually bought. The experience was great. The sales people were friendly, not pushy, and encouraged shoppers to browse, try on, and compare pieces. They were also forthright about saying something looked good -- or didn't. I'd recommend window shopping if nothing else. Beautiful Murano glass pieces.
