For the late-night, chilled-out crowd, Centrale is in a former movie theater, with a clientele that looks more Hollywood than Venice. You'll find classic (if overpriced) wines and mojitos and other mixed drinks; black leather couches, dim lighting, and a DJ set the lounge mood. There's occasional live music.
