Fodor's Review:
Opened in 2002 in a busy area of shops, trattorias, and wine bars frequented by Venetians and tourists alike, this family-owned hotel stands out for its relaxed and familiar atmosphere. The comfortable rooms, all full of light and with spacious bathrooms, are furnished in a quiet Venetian mode with delicate pastel colors. An elevator that provides access to all floors and a very convenient location close to a waterbus stop on the Grand Canal make this a good choice for those with limited mobility.

Great location!

Perfect location, just off the Grand Canal and a few steps from a vaporetto stop, as well as convenient to many great shops and restaurants. Friendly staff. Nice sized rooms and bathrooms. Very comfortable. Elevator and internet point.
