Fodor's Review:

This is a particularly inviting little place just off Strada Nova and near the gondola ferry to the Rialto market. Some rooms have exposed ceiling beams, and some have rooftop or garden views. Practical pluses include in-room coffee- and tea-making facilities. All rooms are very basic, but those in the nearby dipendenza (annex) are larger, with newer amenities.

Charming and friendly

Rooms were small, but clean and charming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location, not far from a waterbus stop, a traghetti crossing, and the Rialto bridge, was ideal. However, we were sufficiently removed from the bustle that the nights were quiet. Stairs are narrow, and there is no elevator. A/C isn't turned on until June, but we were comfortable in early May. We would definitely go back!

Delicious hot chocolate!

This hotel is wonderful! I have stayed here twice and plan on visiting again. It is in a quiet area of Venice. The hotel's staff is incredible and extremely helpful. The hot chocolate in the morning is delicious.
