Handy to the central Ca' d'Oro vaporetto stop, this family-owned, cheery, and homey bed-and-breakfast takes its name from the bridge leading to its entrance (one of only two left in the lagoon area without hand railings) and offers attentively appointed guest rooms with geranium-filled window boxes that overlook either the bridge and canals below or the spacious enclosed garden. Service is accommodating and friendly; you can get lots of suggestions for dining and sightseeing. The private garden and patio are perfect for a relaxing breakfast or scribbling postcards. Some bathrooms are smallish, but overall it's an excellent value.
