This traditional locanda is located on a quiet campo along a principal route from San Zaccaria to Campo Santa Maria Formosa. You'll easily spot the canopied entrance, flanked by two topiaries and umbrella-topped café tables where you can take your breakfast or sip a late afternoon prosecco, weather permitting. Pastel, lacquered room furnishings pay tribute to the 18th-century Venetian style; deep blue carpeting helps keep rooms quiet. Each of the 16 modestly appointed rooms is named after a flower; ask for one that overlooks the front square. Service is reserved but accommodating.
