Fodor's Review:
If you feel like some weekend dancing in a gracious old canal house, head for this 17th-century beer brewery turned 19th-century concert hall, which reopened in 2005 to provide cocktails, dining, fashion shows, and spinning from superhip DJs. Many of its rooms retain their spectacular painted and stucco ceilings.
