This subcanal-level eatery with its peaceful dining room offers a savvy and stylish balancing of Mediterranean tastes. Though the menu is in continual flux, it may include cuttlefish, prawn, and crayfish with couscous, or a veal pastrami with lettuce and bacon, or a vegetarian pot au feu. You can also opt for one of three set menus: €29.50 for the pre-theater surprise menu between 5:30 and 7 pm; €35 for three courses; and €49.50 for the four-course Saturday "wine menu," where you bring your own bottle or purchase glasses of wine from a great wine list.
