Named after a Sardinian dish, this slightly out-of-the-way eatery near Ooster Park has some of the best pizza and calzones in town (including one particularly delizioso number with ricotta cheese). It also sports a great patio if things inside get a little too cozy. It's just a shame that European Union regulations no longer allow the importing of the famed Sardinian worm cheese. It's not only a crime against cheese plates everywhere, but also prevents this place from being the ultimate in authenticity. But here we can blame the EU, and not this wonderful little treasure.
