Fodor's Review:
Rose's does what it can to fill the Tex-Mex void in the Amsterdam dining market, serving heaping portions of tacos and burritos alongside daredevil margaritas. If you've got sensitive ears, consider bringing earplugs with you; the noise levels careen up the decibel scale. In summer you can sit in the gardens facing the backs of the stately mansions on the Herengracht.
