Fodor's Review:
This eatery offers a new take on dining in Amsterdam. The sleek, sexy furnishings are lit by low hanging spotlights. The menu is comprised of appetizer-sized dishes that can be shared by the whole table. Each of these dishes -- including prawns and avocados with lemongrass and ravioli filled with baby spinach -- are as gorgeously turned out as the waitstaff. The restaurant is perfect for foodies, as they can watch the chefs at work.
