Fodor's Review:
A mecca to fans of Eastern food, Eufraat serves lamb-based soups and homemade breads that are a meal in themselves. Dishes like minced veal in a yogurt sauce bear such poetic names as the Garden of Babel. The tasty entrées, which include many vegetarian options -- make up for the sparse interior.
