    customer service

    I was dismayed at the poor customer service at this prestigious store. I have tried twice to buy a gift here in the past few days to be met with at best indifference and at worst rudeness. The staff either do not know their stock or have no desire to assist.I regularly use Tiffany for gifts as its such a lovely treat together that little blue box, but since moving to Amsterdam I shall now be using the online service.
