Fodor's Review:

On the liveliest street in town, five minutes from the Museumpark, this hotel is right in the middle of Rotterdam's best dining, shopping, and nightlife. When you're back at the hotel, incredibly helpful staff are on hand for recommendations and assistance, making this a pad you'll really want to come back to. The rate drops the longer you stay, by as much as 50% if you stay more than 30 days -- and plenty of people do, as en-suite kitchenettes and sitting areas in each room make this a popular choice for longer stays.
