Fodor's Review:
Adjacent to the Stadsschouwburg (Municipal Theater), Café Floor doesn't look too inviting from the outside, but the interior is modern, light, and airy; the staff are friendly; and the kitchen produces excellent food. Try the lamb brochette so tender the meat practically dissolves on your tongue. The delicious passion-fruit cheesecake comes from Café Dudok's kitchen. The beautiful garden at the back, and accompanying birdsong from the local fauna, make this a restful stop. This place is very popular with local and international regulars, so be prepared to be patient if you go late-ish on a Saturday.
