Lillehammer-Sjusjøen and Nordseter and the four other nearby skiing destinations—Hafjell, Skeikampen, Kvitfjell, and Gålå—are collectively called Lillehammer Ski Resorts. Together, they have 43 lifts, 88 pistes, 5 terrain parks, and more than 1,500 km (932 mi) of cross-country trails. Each destination has its particular charm. With both high-mountain and forest terrain, Hafjell is the largest Alpine facility. Snow conditions are generally stable here. The Hunderfossen Familiepark with snowboarding is popular. Gålå is an all-around ski facility, with spectacular high-mountain terrain and views of Jotunheimen and Rondane national parks. It has cross-country trails and organized activities that include ice fishing, snow rafting, sledding, winter riding, and sleigh riding.
