Fossheim Turisthotell Review

Svein Garmo and his family have run this mountain hotel since it began as a staging post in 1897. Solid-timber walls and antique furnishings give it a cozy look. Chef Kristoffer Hovland and his dishes based on local ingredients have made the restaurant popular. Among the best-known dishes is the succulent fillet of reindeer. In summer take a seat in the aromatic outdoor café Urtehagen, surrounded by herbs and flowers.
