Fodor's Review:
Founded in 1913 for country folk visiting the city, Bondeheimen, which means "farmers' home," still gives discounts to members of Norwegian agricultural associations. Rooms have a minimalistic look, in dark greens and earthy reds. This is a good choice for families, but if you are looking for quiet, ask for a room in back. The Kaffistova restaurant is in the same building.
