Near the famous Holmenkollen ski jump, in the historic Holmenkollen Park Hotel, this restaurant has first-rate views and food. Chef Jørn Dahl's modern Norwegian dishes have strong classic roots. The fish dishes, particularly those made with salmon, cod, and wolffish, are his specialty. Try the four-course menu called A Taste of Norway to get exactly that.

One of Oslo's classic restaurants in the hillside above Oslo (close to the Holmenkollen Ski Jump). The atmosphere and the views justify a visit alone; fortunately the food is also excellent.
