Fodor's Review:
Onetime Bocuse d'Or champion Bent Stiansen's Asian-inspired French dishes have long been popular with locals. The six-course gastronomic menu changes daily; you can also order from the à la carte menu. Try his sesame-roasted duck breast with ginger sauce or the panfried perch with tomato cannelloni. More than 400 years old, the rococo dining room is one of Norway's largest and seats 75 people.
