The first Western-style hotel in Tula opened in 2004; the petite hotel, close to the center, has seven rooms and two suites. Air-conditioned rooms are clean and spacious, with rainbow-like striped curtains that match the bedspreads. Bathrooms have hair dryers and the huge wall mirrors gleam. One luxury guest room has a billiards table.
