Detsky Mir Review
The famous "Children's World" department store now also hawks clothes, makeup, and a wide assortment of toys for grown-ups. The first and second floors are still a delight for kids. Don't miss the merry-go-round in the center. A New Year's market of trees, locally made glass ornaments, and lights starts in October, gradually taking over the first floor. Unfortunately, the building is set to be gutted and remodeled, which looks likely to spoil its nostalgic charm. It's near Lubyanskaya Ploshchad.
